Should you not receive an order confirmation during a two week period you are no longer bound to your order.

Language of contract is English. The product`s illustration in the online-shop is no legally binding offer, it is just an nonbinding online-catalogue. After enter your personally dates and clicking the button “submit” you give a binding order of the products which are in your shopping card.
The sales contract will be concluded with our order confirmation of the products. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation that we received your order.

Prices
All Prices are final prices, legal VAT is included. More details you can see on the pages of the products.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are included in price, there are no additional charges. Ruled of are deliveries to abroad. At deliveries to abroad, the buyer have to bear the flat rate of the delivery charges. Detailed information is on our page.
Payment method
The invoice price falls due for payment by prepayment when you receive the order confirmation. After u receive the order confirmation u have to pay by transfer within 5 workdays.
Delivery
The delivery is made usually within 3-5 workdays, it depends how fast we receive your prepayment. We send by DHL.
Cancellation policy
U can revoke your contract statement within two weeks, without mentioning reasons. U can do this by text conformation (e.g. letter, fax, e-Mail) or by resend the goods. This period runs at the earliest when u receive this indoctrination. To maintain the rescission period it`s enough that u resend your cancellation or the object in time.

The right of rescission constists according to § 312 d. subparagraph 4 BGB inter alia not with contracts off delivery of goods which are purpose-build or which is made to order or which are because of their consistency not suitable to resend, which are foul or when the expiration-date is exceeded.
§3) Cancellation and consequences
In the case of an effective cancelation of the contract statement, are the received accomplishments to refund by each party, as the case may be to surrender the use drawn upon (e.g interest). If u are not able to refund the drawn benefits (wholly or partly or in deteriorated condition), u have to compensate the value of finished goods. This is not valid for surrender of goods, when the debasement of the goods is led back on their checking exclusively – like it is possible in a retail shop.
In addition, U can avoid to compensate the value of finished goods if u don´t make the use of it as an owner and if u refrain from anything which could impair their value.
If u resend the goods which u ordered and the order value amounts all in all not more than 40€ u have to pay the charges of the resend, if the resend goods are the same as delivered. Otherwise the resend is free of charge (§ 357 BGB II).
The right of revocation expires preterm if your contracting party has already started with the service of completion with your express agreement before the end of cancellation period or u arranged this by yourself.
